Opening lines of communication - Throat Chakra
In this podcast episode I talk about the throat chakra or vishuddha as it is known in Sanskrit. This is the energy center that is all about communication. And not just verbal communication but nonverbal as well as internal dialogue and communication with Spirit/God/Source/Energy. Though we are looking at each energy center individually, each chakra is part of a system and works in conjunction with the other chakras.
